Question: How long does it take to
receive
my order?
Answer: When you order a
frame with the stock certificate we send out the frame and plaque as
soon as it is assembled with a temporary stock certificate inserted. The
actual stock certificate usually takes from 4 to 6
weeks and in some rear cases it can take a little longer.
Question: may I have a rush order faster the 4-6 weeks?
Answer: Unfortunately we cannot shorten the length of time required to
process a stock order, However we can prepare your gift for immediate
delivery by framing a copy of your stock duplicating its true
beauty while allowing you to show what your gift will look like,
when the original registered stock arrives you simply remove the copy
from the frame and replace it with the original. We should be able to do
this by the end of June, this area will be updated daily.
Question: is the stock I buy a real stock from the company?
Answer: Yes it is a genuine registered stock. We
at Shareinaframe.com turn it into a truly unique gift as well as a great
conversational piece by inserting it into a custom frame with the
matting of your choice and a plaque engraved with the wording of your
choice, you also have the option of displaying a picture of your loved
one inside the frame alongside your share of stock.
Question: when I'm ordering is it secured and is my information safe?
Answer: Yes
our ordering system is
equipped with 128bit SSL encryption to ensure our customers that their
credit card information is secure from intruders. We also will never
share your information with anyone outside of Shareinaframe.com.
Question: Why don't you ask for a social security number for the
stock's registered owner?
Answer: All we need is the name and address of the
shareholder at the time of your order. The registered owner of the stock
will be notified by mail with the proper tax documents after the stock
registration is complete.
